What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, we require that it be a minimum
48 hours before your event date.
The deposit is non-refundable as we blocked off that
date/time in our calendar for your event.
How far ahead should I book?
We recommend that you book at least 2 months in
advance of your planned event.
Bookings are only confirmed when the deposit is paid.
Your requested date will be held for 3 business days after an
invoice is sent to you.
If your event date is 7 days or less from when you book,
we require full payment.
What types of payments do you accept?
At this time, we only accept payments by email transfer.
Do you set up in private residences?
Yes, we can set up for your event in a backyard or indoors.
Please ensure that there is safe access to the backyard
and there is enough room to allow for a comfortable set
up and tear down.
