We’re excited to be partnering with Jia of @jia.fitness to offer a dance workout that combines easy to follow dance moves and exercises in a private, ladies only event. Come with your besties and jam with us for a couple hours of fitness, fun and food. There is no dance experience required and this is a low to moderate impact workout routine to accommodate women of all fitness levels. Jia JAM FIT is a uniquely choreographed dance and fitness routine consisting of 10-12 songs varying in genres, including Arabic, Latin, Indian and hip hop origins.

Since this is a private, ladies only event, we encourage you to get dolled up, do your hair and make up (if you wish) and wear cute but comfy clothes; as you’ll sweat.
